What if my e-bike needs repair or service?

We offer on-site repairs in Toronto and free diagnostic assessments. Contact us to schedule service.

Can I return my bike if I’m not satisfied?

We offer a 1-day return policy for unused bikes in original packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, crypto, cash-in-stores and other secure online payment methods.

Do you offer any financing options?

Financing is available on selected bikes, please contact us if you are interested in this option.

Is there a warranty?

Yes! All Knight E-Bikes products come with a 6-month limited warranty covering motor, battery, and controller defects

Are your e-bikes street legal in Toronto?

Most of our bikes are street legal. We install pedals and e-bike plate . Helmets are required by law.

Are the batteries removable?

Yes, most of our bikes come with removable lithium batteries for convenient charging at home or at the office.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Delivery outside the GTA may be available upon request. v

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days in Toronto. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

How much does delivery cost?

Toronto: $70 - $100 Greater Toronto Area (GTA): $100 - $150 Beyond 200-300 km: Please contact us for a personalized estimate.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, it is possible. We offer pickup at our partner stores as well as at select locations in Toronto.
